Position Description: As an HR Analytics Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all phases of phone and onsite interviews for candidates. This includes managing travel requests, facilitating candidate communication, and coordinating with the hiring team to ensure a seamless interview process. You will act as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates, making effective communication and organizational skills essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate interactions and interview logistics. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and problem-solving as needed. Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate decision-making. Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with changing priorities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong business acumen and understanding of HR practices. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Hodes, or Kenexa. Experience scheduling interviews and managing travel arrangements. Familiarity with working across different time zones. Education Required: High School Diploma or GED. Education: High School
