What You'll Do: As part of our materials team, you'll assist in the production of essential construction materials and support plant and project operations. Typical responsibilities include: Material Handling: Assisting in mixing, transporting, and handling materials such as asphalt, concrete, and aggregate. Equipment Operation: Supporting plant operations by learning about machinery, including crushers, screeners, and conveyors under supervision. Quality Control: Ensuring materials meet industry standards by performing basic testing and monitoring. Site Support: Maintaining clean work areas and assisting in equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety. Qualifications Experience & Education/Certificate: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required, trade school a plus. 1-2 years of experience in construction or materials production is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Required Skills & Knowledge: Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
