The Senior Director of ERP Business Systems will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise business systems. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing and optimizing ERP, CRM, and ITSM systems to ensure seamless integration, superior performance, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. This position is a key role as we embark on a transformative journey to enhance our business operations through the strategic implementation and management of advanced business systems. What will you be doing? Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the company's business systems. Provide visionary leadership for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and technologies. Lead and manage large-scale business systems projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementations and upgrades. Oversee the integration of various business systems to create a unified and efficient technology environment. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all systems. Build and lead a high-performing team of business systems professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance. Develop and execute change management strategies, including comprehensive training programs for end-users. What do we require from you? Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience leading large-scale system implementations and integration 3+ years' experience in progressive senior leadership role within a matrix organization include developing strategy, business systems integration, upgrade, and evolution of the ERP domain Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred Proven Experience with NetSuite and ServiceNow Strong Financial Acumen Preferred: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
