Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week) Are you an organized, proactive professional looking to support a high-energy investment team? We're hiring an Investment Team Coordinator to play a key role in managing the daily operations of our client's Portfolio Managers and analysts. This hybrid role, based in New York, requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures everything runs smoothly across calendars, travel, and events. What You'll Be Doing: Team Support: Serve as the go-to resource for Portfolio Managers and analysts, handling their schedules, travel, and ad-hoc tasks. Calendar & Reporting Management: Create custom calendar updates and reports for internal teams to stay on top of meetings, conferences, and market events. Event Coordination: Organize non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, conference sessions, and earnings calls, ensuring smooth execution. Broker Relations: Track key contacts (brokers, sell-side analysts, and investor relations) and manage broker subscriptions and other resourcing needs. Meeting Logistics: Coordinate meetings with corporate executives, analysts, and industry experts; confirm schedules with the Broker Relations team. Expense & Travel Management: Process timely expense reports and manage all travel logistics, including visa arrangements. Compliance & Document Management: Collaborate with Compliance to ensure all processes align with company policies and support document management (e.g., financial models and company presentations). Daily Prioritization: Review calendars daily and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep the team on track and focused. Ad Hoc Requests: Jump in as needed to address time-sensitive tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What We're Looking For: Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple priorities without missing a beat. Problem-Solver: Comfortable in high-pressure environments and quick to adapt when priorities shift. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Concur is a plus. Bachelor's Degree Required Strong Communication Skills: Confident interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. Compensation: Up to $100-$110k, based on experience
