LHH is currently partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Washington, DC area looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success. In this role, you will support 10+ direct reports with questions/inquires and also assist the team in preparation for the large conference. This is a temporary position beginning asap and extending through June 2025. This is a hybrid role that allows WFH 2 days a week. The hourly rate for the position will be between $25-$30 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong customer service support and administrative experience. For more details, please apply today! Responsibiles: Oversee team of 10 team members Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues Conduct regular check-ins to assess project progression and identify areas for improvement. Oversee accounts and assist with needs/inquiries Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet client needs. Managing phone/email correspondence Coordinating meetings and calls Building strong relationships with clients to become a trusted partner & advisor Identifying opportunities to help clients and assisting with inquires Generating, customizing, and analyzing client-level reporting Qualifications: 1+ years of management/supervisory experience 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Associate or Sales Representative Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
