We are seeking an experienced Trainer to provide training support for the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution. The Trainer will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Training Plan, creating curriculum and materials, and leading Train-the-Trainer sessions. This role requires a strong background in developing training documentation such as user guides and tip sheets, as well as delivering effective training to both technical and non-technical users. Key Responsibilities: Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional need for in-person meetings in the DC, MD, and VA area and potential for short term travel to program sites Develop and implement a comprehensive Training Plan for the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution. Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, ensuring participants are fully prepared to deliver training to end-users. Create and maintain training documentation, including user guides, tip sheets, and other instructional materials to support ongoing user adoption. Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs and customize materials based on user roles and responsibilities Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in developing and delivering training for Salesforce CRM or similar systems. Experience developing curriculum and materials for Train-the-Trainer programs, with a proven track record of leading successful delivery. Strong knowledge of training documentation development, including user guides and tip sheets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
