The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are looking to develop their communication skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Assist customers with orders, account management, and resolving issues or concerns. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer service. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
