IT Applications Manager (PLM Implementations) - Remote

The IT Applications Manager oversees a team of Business Analysts and Applications Administrators, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs. This role involves evaluating business strategies, managing IT projects, and promoting the effective use of technology across the organization. **PLM Implementation experience is highly preferred.** Responsibilities: Lead the team to support the business needs Align team direction with business strategies Translate corporate goals into IT projects Manage workload and growth of direct reports Collaborate with business leaders to improve processes Promote effective use of technology and provide technical guidance Requirements: Qualifications: B.S. / B.A. in related field 5+ years of Retail / IT experience Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills The anticipated salary range for this position is $123,600 - $185,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, and 401k plan enrollment.
