As a Permanent Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects. Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and calculations. Perform site visits and inspections to ensure that mechanical systems are installed and functioning properly. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress. Ensure that all mechanical designs comply with industry standards and regulations. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Experience with Mechanical, LEED, WELL, AutoCAD, Revit, MEP, plumbing and fire protection design, and HVAC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
