Position Overview Manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases of varying complexity. Interact with clients for legal consultation, create litigation plans, and maintain exceptional client interaction. Represent clients at depositions or other discovery matters. Guide non-attorney team members as needed. What we expect you've got Member of the State Bar in good standing. 1 - 4 years of experience as an attorney in Workers' Compensation Defense. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using technology in a paperless environment.
