Job Summary We are a boutique firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various legal areas such as contract law, real estate law, corporations law, employment litigation. Responsibilities Research legal issues and provide guidance on complex legal matters Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings Stay informed about current legislation and legal trends Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and strategy Skills Proficiency in legal research using tools like Lexis-Nexis and/or Westlaw Ability to litigate cases effectively Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of immigration law and estate planning Familiarity with tribal law regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal drafting Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Bleau Law Group in Burbank, CA. The role involves handling legal research, drafting documents, attending court proceedings, and providing legal advice and support to clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state Bar in California Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred
