Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

FP&A Director QUAD is seeking an FP&A Director for an organization located in the Lancaster, PA area . The FP&A Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of financial processes, performance monitoring, financial plan development, modeling, and forecasting. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities: The FP&A Director will be responsible for: Overseeing organizational forecasting, long-range plan development, budgeting, and other scenario planning and business analysis Working with various teams in support of fact-based recommendations development related to financial targets, profitability improvements, and operational efficiency Developing and managing team through performance coaching/management Evaluating processes aimed at efficiencies drivers Creating financial models and analyses Skills/ Competencies: The ideal FP&A Director will possess these skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting MBA 7-10 years FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity Extensive experience with financial systems and reporting ERP systems proficiency Excellent communication skills Strong strategic thinking and collaborative abilities Additional Details: Salary: To $160k + bonus Employment Type: Direct Hire The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
