Circa Hospitality Group JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the US Sports Wagering industry and will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing and implementation of our product. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sports Betting software development. Knowledge of basic programming languages. Exposure to .Net technologies, web services, stored procedures, and middle tier applications. Awareness of the software development lifecycle and CI/CD principles in a modern tech landscape Strong knowledge of the US Sports wagering industry; both Mobile and Retail environments. Strong understanding of regulated environments, specifically within the sports wagering industry. Experienced in testing Sports Wagering Mobile Applications and Retail Solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Support the development of our sports wagering platform, mobile and retail solutions. Collaborate with developers, q/a engineers, product managers and business/domain experts to continually grow your skills. UAT Management - lead UAT testing of new products and features for usability and functionality. Create and implement UAT test plans. Create UAT reports with testing outcomes. Technical Documentation- create software documentation including user manuals and wiki pages. Change Management - organize CAB reviews, create required reports, and ensure appropriate software version controls for all software components, source code, and binary controls are in place. Ensure compliance with GLI Change Management recommendations. Work closely with the product compliance team. Support interactions, testing, and communication with ITL's related to software submissions.
