Required skills and qualifications: - Project Management Guru: 6+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management, juggling Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets like a pro. - Customer Champion: A natural inclination towards customer satisfaction and success. - Budget Maestro: Skilled in the art of budget management and financial finesse. - Tech Veteran: Battle-tested experience in Software Development Management and hands-on experience as a Software Engineer. - Agile Aficionado: Deep familiarity with Agile Methodologies and their practical applications. - Communication Virtuoso: Strong communication skills that can bridge cultures and time zones. - Academic Foundation: Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science that laid the groundwork for your tech leadership. - Linguistic Ace: Advanced English proficiency to navigate global waters with ease.
