Manager of Accounting Policies

Job Summary This position requires a strong background in technical accounting to ensure compliance with US GAAP for the Company. Reporting to the Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, this role involves providing guidance on accounting issues, developing position papers, and collaborating with business leaders on strategic transactions. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining the Company's accounting policies and staying current on accounting regulations. Advise business leaders on the accounting impact of strategic transactions Maintain accounting policies and provide guidance across the organization Stay updated on changes to accounting regulations and summarize impact for senior management Research and resolve technical accounting issues with external auditors Implement new lease accounting guidance (ASU 2016-2 Leases) Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA and Big 4 experience preferred 6+ years of experience
