We seek a knowledgeable and motivated Commercial Insurance Placement Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Description: As a Commercial Lines Insurance Placement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating coverage and quoting commercial insurance policies for New Businesses and renewals. There is no service work, rating only. You will work closely with various carriers and use your expertise to make sure our clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs and the best premiums. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and quote commercial insurance policies across various industries. Fill out and submit accord applications accurately and efficiently. Must be able to quote through carriers' websites. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and standard carrier offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to facilitate smooth quoting and underwriting processes. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in coverage, and regulatory updates. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications: Valid New York insurance license. In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policies. Experience quoting through standard carriers. Strong relationships with various insurance carriers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
