Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or RN We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with health assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Duties and Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician Assist with patient assessments and care planning Perform procedures such as catheterization, specimen collection processing, and suturing Utilize electronic health record system PCC Oversees and directs the CNA's Answers call lights/bells courteously in a timely manner. Responds to all emergency situations following appropriate procedures and notifications. Performs and adheres to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control safety regulations including fire protection/prevention, smoking regulations, etc. Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility. Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing Familiarity with electronic health record PCC Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing your nursing career.
