As a forward-thinking consultancy, we are seeking a talented and driven Traffic and Transportation Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Role Overview: As a Traffic and Transportation Engineer in the Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge traffic and transportation systems. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance transportation efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Traffic Analysis and Modeling: Conduct traffic studies, analyze data, and develop traffic models to assess and improve transportation systems. Design and Planning: Create detailed traffic and transportation designs, including traffic flow improvements, signal systems, and roadway layouts. Project Management: Lead and manage transportation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations comply with local, regional, and national regulations and standards. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including civil engineers, urban planners, and environmental consultants, to achieve project goals. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in traffic and transportation engineering. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 7-12 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is mandatory . Skills: Proficiency in traffic analysis software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Certifications: Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation: Salary: $100,000 to $150,000, depending on years of experience and qualifications. Why Join Us?
