Our client is currently seeking a hardworking, dynamic Corporate Administration Manager to join their corporate offices in Evansville, Indiana. The position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Administration. Responsibilities include HR administration, employee relations, staffing, payroll, benefits and other HR-related initiatives. Strong HR Generalists and HR managers within manufacturing and experienced in Total Rewards are ideal. This person will oversee HR functions for a couple locations totaling 350 employees. Interested Candidates should contact Lee Douglas @ or email a current resume to LDouglas@ This job will have the following responsibilities: Human Resources administration Execute all areas of HR functions including compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale as well as training and development Oversee HR Team in multiple facilities for the execution of department initiatives Update and administer HR policies and programs to meet company's changing needs Facilitate documentation associated with HR policies and practices Recruit, interview and assist in the hiring of job applicants Onboard new employees and conduct new hire orientations Qualifications & Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing Broad employee relations experience Understanding of Federal, State, and Local employment laws Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business or related field PHR Certification or similar preferred
