Development Manager Needed! Responsibilities: Lead project due diligence, including reviewing budgets, schedules, site reports, and engineering plans. Manage consultants (engineers, architects, attorneys) throughout project lifecycle to ensure timelines are met. Drive permitting, approval, and contracting processes, leading bids, negotiations, and execution of government agreements. Oversee project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership. Interface with utility companies, local governments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Inspect sites, manage property approvals, and oversee all phases of construction through completion. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards (NPDES/SWPPP). Build relationships with customers, addressing site design needs and maintaining professional ethics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in development or construction. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and tech tools to streamline processes.
