Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Everything Manager / Operations Manager to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is intelligent, adaptable, and eager to learn. While previous experience is not required, we value smart, driven individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle anything that comes our way. Key Responsibilities: Launch and execute customer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Source and collaborate with onshore resources, managing their work effectively. Monitor and check the quality of deliverables to maintain high standards. Stay up-to-date with compliance and privacy laws relevant to our operations. Be prepared to work more than 40 hours a week; overtime will be paid. Take on additional tasks as needed; responsibilities may evolve over time. Qualifications: Recent graduate from accredited University or a similar institution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a passion for technology. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. Passion for content marketing and a desire to grow within a startup environment.
