If you have a passion for creating impactful campaigns and a strategic mindset, we'd love for you to contribute from Day 1 in this role.Objectives of the Role Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Tobin Scientific's mission, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall business goals. Optimize marketing budget allocation and ensure all campaigns maximize return on investment (ROI). Utilize market insights, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to adjust strategies for continual growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective brand positioning and consistent messaging. Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth. Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and client needs. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and content creators. Attend industry events to represent Tobin Scientific, increase visibility, and generate leads, followed by post-event analysis. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. At least 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaign leadership. Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and budget management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful messaging. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Familiarity with the life sciences, biotech, or logistics industries. Experience with CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and other marketing software.
