What to Know about the Job The Alliance is seeking an Application Developer and Support Specialist responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internally developed applications. The role requires hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server for querying and making rudimentary table changes, as well as proficiency in C# and VB. Net programming languages. This position involves close collaboration with end-users to diagnose and resolve application-related issues and ensure smooth operation of software systems. How You Will Contribute Application Support: Work directly with end-users to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to internally developed Server Management: Query databases, perform basic table changes, and manage SQL scripts for troubleshooting and enhancements.Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and modify applications primarily using C# and VB. Net, adhering to best practices in coding standards and security protocols.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the software development team and other internal departments to ensure application reliability and effective issue resolution.Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of new and existing features to ensure applications are functioning optimally.
