How You Will Contribute Application Support: Work directly with end-users to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to internally developed Server Management: Query databases, perform basic table changes, and manage SQL scripts for troubleshooting and enhancements.Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and modify applications primarily using C# and VB. Net, adhering to best practices in coding standards and security protocols.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the software development team and other internal departments to ensure application reliability and effective issue resolution.Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of new and existing features to ensure applications are functioning optimally.
