Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Location: Blue Bell, PA Oxford Solutions is working with a client in Blue Bell, PA seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join their growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling family law matters, both in litigation and transactional practices. The Family Law Associate will independently manage their own cases while also providing support to more senior attorneys. Essential Functions Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other related issues. Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution, with the support and guidance of senior Legal Team members. Engage in all aspects of litigation, including client consultation, court appearances, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents as needed for case management. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions, advocating for clients' best interests. Participate in transactional family law practices such as drafting prenuptial agreements and property settlements. Actively participate in local Bar Association meetings and represent the Firm within the legal and greater community. Stay informed on family law updates and legal trends to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients and community partners. Qualifications 3-5 years of family law experience, including litigation and transactional practices. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of PA Strong litigation and courtroom experience, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Deep understanding of family law statutes and procedures. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team with senior attorneys. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience representing clients in contested family law matters. Active membership in local and/or state Bar Associations.
