Support staff will be responsible for assisting the service team in order to ensure a successful and efficient service. They will be responsible for running food from the kitchen to the dining room, polishing and stocking all server stations with the necessary items and clearing and resetting tables. Additionally support staff will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room at all times with a sense of urgency. After completing a comprehensive training program, support staff will be expected to have strong food knowledge, execute proper food running etiquette and understand table and seat numbers.
