Payroll Tax Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented teammate with a positive attitude to be accountable for providing an exemplary level of service to OnePoint HCM customers. Primary responsibilities for the Payroll Tax Specialist position include, but not limited to, detailed payroll tax research, planning and preparation under the supervision of our Payroll Tax Manager. Providing a high level of customer service to both our customers and internal customer service team is a must. This position requires a person with a strong ability to shift gears and prioritize new tasks daily. Participate in managing accounting systems, departmental procedures, and policies. Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of tax and accounting data. Act as liaison between the company, government, client, and CPA auditors in providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for chronological purposes.
