Landscape Account Manager

You will be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships tat foster satisfaction, retention and ancillary sales. Knowledge in landscaping and products. In this role you will responsible for: Client SatisfactionDeveloping and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractorsPerform frequent site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and identify new opportunitiesFacilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.Achieve or exceed sales targets and outcomes within scheduleProactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clientsDeveloping accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintain acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goalsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest and potential for new services.Sourcing subs and routinely inspecting subcontractor performance.
