Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings. Support the pre-sales phase by designing products based on job specifications using CAD. Produce approved production drawings that meet customer specifications, manufacturability, and cost requirements. Source and price materials from suppliers based on approved designs. Calculate material estimates required for each job from procured lists. Quote and gain approvals for job costs as required by policy. Enter data into the ERP system to create BOM for each project. Create Bills of Materials (BOM). Create templates and assembly procedures for team use. Design machine components and tools. Act as an internal specialist and point of contact for ERP system, Infor related questions. Inspect customer equipment for repair.
