Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Industry Manager to lead a team of sales professionals within Walmart's Wireless. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their team. They should have managed/scaled businesses in these verticals and have the capability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and be extremely comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Responsibilities Be responsible for driving the future strategic direction of the Wireless business. Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training, and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services team. Strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results. Understand our client's businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers. Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs in the region. Be seen as an industry leader in NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco. Evangelize Walmart Connect with agencies, clients, and at targeted events, conferences, and media opportunities. Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Walmart Connect's solutions in a compelling, positive, and professional way. Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Consumer Psychology, or related field and 7 years' experience in advertising sales, or related field OR 10 years' experience in advertising sales, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position: Brand advertising, media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile and online sales. 5 Years experience of managing a team. Masters: Advertising, Masters: Business, Masters: Marketing, Masters: Psychology.
