Yearly raise based on Performance Bi-Weekly Pay Career training, development, and progression planning A culture that supports work-life balance Benefits start day one Department: Maintenance Shift Details: 2nd Shift-2:30PM-11:30PM Hourly Pay Range: $25.50-29.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential Location: 2549 Innovation Drive, Marion, Ohio, 43302 Job Summary: This position will provide multi-skilled maintenance and electrical support while focusing on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a TPM and CI environment. Will work on preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance calls. Responsibilities: Understands all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in a Manufacturing environment. Maintain, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble pneumatic valves. Trouble shoot electrical equipment and systems. Maintain and troubleshoot basic motor branch circuits. Restoring equipment to operating condition quickly and efficiently. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Maintains continuous improvement efforts in work area. Please Contact our Recruiters at ?if you need assistance. Qualifications Understand basic functions of PLC drives and controls. Preventative Maintenance experience. Demonstrates use of electrical test equipment. 2-5 Years of Industrial Maintenance experience. Completion of Industrial Maintenance program within the last 18months. Dependability and punctuality. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Must perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods. Possess communication, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership skills. Willing to work in hot and cold environments.
