SOW: Rig Support-Spud Can checks and Conductor monitoring, ROV: Sea Eye Tiger/Lynx, Location: UAE Mob date: 3rd week of August Duration:2 weeks (+,-) As an Offshore ROV Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and performance of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) in offshore operations. You will lead a team of ROV technicians, ensuring efficient and safe operations, while maintaining high-quality work standards. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the offshore ROV team Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times Oversee the operation and maintenance of ROVs, ensuring optimal performance Provide guidance and support to ROV technicians, promoting a high standard of work Plan and schedule ROV operations, considering project requirements and resources Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards Prepare reports and documentation related to ROV operations and performance Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Offshore ROV Supervisor Experience with Seaeye Tiger and Lynx Proven experience in operating and maintaining ROVs in offshore operations Extensive knowledge of ROV systems, equipment, and technologies Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid offshore certification and relevant qualifications
