Your day to day as a Outreach Coordinator As an Outreach Coordinator at MOFC, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around fostering community connections and driving impactful outreach initiatives. You'll begin by increasing awareness through facilitation of education sessions and distribution of materials that explain SNAP benefits, eligibility requirements, and application process. Engaging with partner agencies and other organizations to identify potential clients and/or outreach events will be a vital part of your role, as you work to establish strong relationships that enhance our community presence. Regular collaboration with team members will keep you aligned with our goals, ensuring that we remain customer-focused and responsive to our client's needs. Additional responsibilities include: Using Benefit Bank software, assists eligible people in completing and submitting benefit applications. Assuring client personal information collected & reviewed through the Outreach process is handled in accordance with privacy statements and policies. Meeting regularly with Outreach Manager and team to provide and receive updates and discuss program status, goals, methods, experience. A bachelor's degree in related field plus at least three years of social service/human services experience or work in a non-profit environment is preferred. Must have a High School Diploma/GED and valid Driver's License as frequent travel within our service area is required. Knowledge of Ohio Department of Job & Family Services procedures, processes, and benefits available and awareness of the Ohio Benefit Bank service is preferred. Experience using web-based/online forms and proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required. Will you join our team?
