FWO Fabrication Lead

We/'re seeking a passionate and skilled Fabrication Lead to join our dynamic team. As Fabrication Lead, you/'ll lead the creation of custom furniture, cabinetry, and signage. You/'ll work with diverse materials (wood, metal, plastic) using various techniques (CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing). Your role is key to ensuring quality: inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting to minimize errors across one of four specialties (digital fabrication/CNC, assembly, finish prep, and finishing). We seek a technically skilled individual with a passion for fabrication and an understanding of engineering principles. Requirements ? Previous fabrication or construction experience ? Excellent hand-eye coordination ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ? Ability to stand for extended periods ? Positive attitude and good team spirit
