What the Role Is The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics will provide strategic leadership across all of our user acquisition initiatives at Babylist. You will be responsible for applying best practices to our marketing planning & forecasting processes, and drive large scale analytics projects that will positively impact the entire company. Together with the VP of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for hitting our performance marketing goals. You report directly to the Director of Analytics and will work closely with your peers in marketing, finance, product and the broader leadership team to ensure that Babylist makes informed data-driven marketing decisions. Who You Are As an analytics leader you have a proven track record (4+ years) in partnering with marketing teams through world class analytical capabilities. Before becoming a leader you were a high-performing marketing analyst with a track record of working in a high performing team. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data to all stakeholders; Comfortable interacting at all levels of senior management, including VP, SVP and C-suite is a must. You have deep experience in optimizing marketing spend with significant annual performance marketing budgets. You have collaborated with FP&A on financial planning and forecasting, and know how to support them in forecasting accurate acquisition goals. You understand the data systems and technology that are needed for you to do your job well, and have experience in leveraging them to maximize your impact. You have led high functioning teams and meaningfully built and maintained data culture. You've successfully led teams through growth and change which means you know how to adapt but also set and maintain standards for your team that scale with the business. You are a great coach of analysts with experience hiring, developing talent, and giving feedback. How You Will Make An Impact Define, build, and maintain a high-performance, results-driven, and collaborative culture that's aligned with Babylist's core values. Develop and own a roadmap for all marketing data and analytics needs, inclusive of strategic initiatives and tactical needs to scale marketing analytics along with Babylist's growth. Partner with key stakeholders in performance marketing and finance to plan and forecast spend and KPI growth. Own proactive and ongoing performance analysis & strategic recommendations for media spend and optimizations. Monitor and proactively troubleshoot any issues across the marketing funnel & provide data-backed recommendations that help solve. Empower and inspire your team to achieve their highest potential. Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $170,980.00 - $256,470.00.
