The Executive Vice President is accountable for achieving growth and optimization for the AXN, WWIN, NGA, IGA, Gift, and Coffee portfolios and is a key stakeholder and leader within Clarion Events North America's executive leadership team. This person leads and drives growth plans, with an emphasis on audience building, and strategy as part of the overall vision for their shows, digital and media products. This leader manages and oversees their show teams, driving efforts to optimize strategy and performance across their portfolio of tradeshow events and digital and media products. How you'll make an impact: Oversee all aspects of portfolio tradeshow operations, ensuring seamless execution, efficient resource allocation, and exceptional customer service. Oversee and support growth and development for digital and media products. Collaborate with the executive team to set key performance indicators, financial targets, and operational priorities for the portfolio, aligned with the company's strategic goals. Oversee the efficient and effective execution of portfolio strategy for client acquisition, from identifying new opportunities, assessing the needs of the client, authoring compelling proposals, evaluating business fit, and negotiating contracts. Oversee the development of ecosystem growth strategies that position our brands as a world leader inside target markets. Establish relationships with senior level decision makers across a variety of market segments. Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging new clients and new markets. Lead growth team members in supporting and expanding client accounts, through regular interaction, including annual account reviews for our most strategic accounts, and provide direction and on-going feedback to clients to help drive business outcomes. Represent the organization in a variety of marketing and growth activities, including onsite sales meetings, teleconferences and web meetings with potential clients, at tradeshow events, and speaking engagements. Effectively lead, develop, and manage all direct reports. This includes annual goal setting, quarterly reviews, and designing and executing development plans. Effectively support central teams in understanding and delivering the portfolio vision and goals. Manage the market's budget and revenue forecasts using company tools and systems. Responsible for P&Ls and monthly forecasting. Participate as an active member of the executive leadership team, supporting companywide initiatives and overall culture. Seeks innovative customer-based solutions and new business concepts. Other duties as assigned. The skills and experience you'll need: 10 + years as an executive leader in the tradeshow and or related industry. 10 + years in events management/business development/customer experience. Ability to build trust and credibility amongst our current and potential customer/partner base. Willingness to travel- employee will be required to travel to events multiple times per year. Additional travel for site inspections, customer visits or to assigned and competitor shows is expected and to be determined. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with digital products and media. Budget management of a group of portfolios over $15M. Excellent ability to multitask and drive work through to completion. Strategic thinker able to conceptualize a vision into reality and think on their feet when plans need to change. Able to lead and inspire a team by setting the example and getting the best from all personalities. What's in it for me? Competitive Salary commensurate with experience.
