As our new Full-Time Director of Sales & Marketing, your day-to-day adventure will involve a blend of creativity and strategy. Collaborating with our stellar team, you'll brainstorm and execute fun events and outreach initiatives that showcase the heart of Asbury Place. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, newsletters, and website, bringing our mission to life with every post. Moreover, you'll regularly meet with residents and their families to gather feedback and refine our offerings. Networking with local organizations will be key too, so prepare to be the friendly face of Asbury Place at community events! What we're looking for in a Director of Sales & Marketing To thrive as our Full-Time Director of Sales & Marketing at Asbury Place Kingsport, you'll need a blend of experience, skills, and attributes that make you shine in the spotlight! A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is your ticket to entry, along with a stellar track record of at least 5 years in sales-preferably in senior living or healthcare. With a minimum of 8 years in management of long-term care/CCRC marketing and admissions, you'll bring valuable insights to our dynamic team. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as you'll be rallying your team and connecting with residents and their families. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will help you streamline efforts like a pro!
