Applicants should be 16 years or older. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Set tables with appropriate tableware. Remove used plates, glasses, utensils from table after customers are done eating. Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables. Take out trash and recycling. Refilling paper napkins, condiments, salt, and pepper shakers. Cleaning restaurant dining area at the end of day. Help with side work. Must be available nights and weekends. The typical shift is 10:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-9:00pm. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Combined standing and walking position for up to 8 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is inside and outside. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities and activities. Responsibilities are listed as guidelines and are not limited to these items. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SKILLS: Exceptional customer service skills EDUCATION: English reading, writing and communication, basic math EXPERIENCE: None LICENSE NEEDED: None MACHINES/TOOLS OPERATED: Coffee grinder, coffee brewer, elevator, hot chocolate machine, vacuum. JUDGMENT/MENTAL COMPLEXITY: Moderate to high REVIEW SCHEDULE: This position and the person filling it will be evaluated once a season.
