Provide all necessary preventative, predictive, and repair maintenance to all buildings and equipment on the corporate campus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Note: Other duties may be assigned) * Perform all necessary troubleshooting and maintenance (preventative and otherwise) including, but not limited to, shipping conveyors, carton erector, tape machines, shrink wrap machines, and any other core equipment. * Provide back-up support for forklifts, HVAC equipment, air compressors, compactors, dock door systems, and any other building equipment. * Responsible for ensuring a clean, tidy and hazard free working environment is maintained to 5s standards. * Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. * Use tools and equipment to take readings and enter data into our CMMS as part of our PdM program. * Maintain daily schedule in our CMMS system, this includes, entering labor, parts, and all details associated with work being done. * Moving and relocating office equipment when needed. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Mechanical/electrical aptitude needed to repair conveyor system and other supporting equipment * Ability to work with little supervision. * Basic PC Skills * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong organization and follow through skills * Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness * Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment * Strong team player EDUCATION * High School Graduate. Post high school technical education preferred * 2+ years general facility and machine maintenance experience * Experience repairing conveyor systems and other warehouse equipment preferable * Electrical/Automation experience preferred ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those an individual must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
