Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Engineer We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. Qualifications: BS in engineering preferred Proficient in 3D CAD, Inventor Ability to use FEA tools to validate designs Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding Solid math skills: algebra and trigonometry Ability to communicate clearly in person and digitally Willingness to be flexible. Small company environment means a variety of tasks Ability to take a design project from idea/proposal to completed design Ability to solve problems, participate in design reviews, and think critically Experience in heavy equipment design and thermal engineering is a plus!
