If you're an experience SAP/ERP Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring for a skilled SAP/ERP Analyst to support our move to the SAP S/4HANA platform. This position will be based out of our Fort Collins, CO Drake Campus or the Niles, IL campus and will be a hybrid role. Apply now! What You Will Be Doing Evaluating business operations to find the best software solutions. Collaborates with management and users to uncover business opportunities. Implements system modifications, integrates new solutions, or utilizes current system features. Leads a team of developers, analysts, and users across various locations for business system development. Chooses solutions that align with Woodward's overall strategy and promotes unified business processes. Participate in design activities with multiple US sites. Travel required approximately 1-2 weeks out of the month for 6 months, then reduced to 1 week a month. Working with teams throughout the US sites to move and implement ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA platform. What We Are Looking For High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. 5 or more years of experience in functional module (sales, finances, purchasing) Current or previous experience with detailing program specifications and testing programs Must have experience with detailing program specifications and testing programs (5 or more years of preferred). Experience with giving direction to IT individuals and users (5 or more years of preferred). Experience implementing process and system changes where existing processes are in place is required (5 or more years of preferred). 5 or more years of experience with SAP Sales, SAP Service, SAP Shipping strongly desired.
