Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a solid background in employment law, particularly in litigation involving human rights, civil litigation, and discrimination cases. You will represent our clients in complex litigation matters, advise on labor and employment issues, and provide legal counsel to organizations on various legal matters. Qualifications 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 3-12 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on defense representation. 4. Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution. 5. Experience handling labor and employment issues, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters. 6.
