If you are a hands-on professional with a passion for property maintenance, we invite you to apply. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Routine Maintenance:** - Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Address and resolve maintenance issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and general wear and tear promptly. - Conduct regular checks on property equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. 2. **Repairs and Troubleshooting:** - Diagnose and repair appliances, fixtures, and other components within residential units. - Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems reported by residents or identified during inspections. - Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services. 3. **Groundskeeping:** - Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleanliness. - Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify and address any safety or maintenance concerns. - Assist with the coordination of waste removal and recycling programs. 4. **Emergency Response:** - Be available for on-call duties for after-hours emergencies and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests. - Implement emergency protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. 5. **Documentation and Reporting:** - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses. - Report any major maintenance needs or safety concerns to the property manager. - Document and communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance-related issues. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a multi-family residential setting. - Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy items. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay. - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
