This team brings credibility to our client's financial picture, communicates information objectively and clearly, and provides insight to help clients improve their businesses. How you will contribute: Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professionals Reviewing detailed audit engagement procedures Adequately identifying audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation Consistently identifying engagement and operating opportunities for improvement and providing timely solutions and consultation Managing multiple concurrent engagements without disruption and within scheduled deadlines Providing staff with timely performance feedback Managing multiple client relationships, billings, and resource needs Building personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities Leading audit committee meetings and presentations Participating in speaking and article-writing opportunities Completing required Continued Professional Education hours Traveling to serve clients as necessary We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: An aptitude to recruit and develop firm associates and team members Team and engagement management skills Innovative ideas for servicing clientele Communication skills to effectively relate to people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels both verbally and in writing An ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment to reach clear-set goals Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 9 years or more of relevant audit experience CPA License Experience managing multiple complex client engagements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hospitals, long-term care preferred.
