Red River seeks a Vice President of Programs to oversee a portfolio of programs in the Federal Government market. This person will be a key member of the Government Technology Services (GTS) business leadership team and be focused on leading strategic growth in the following areas: Digital Transformation, Systems Integration, Digital Engineering, Zero Trust and AI Automation as it aligns with Red River's and the Customer's strategic direction. The VP is responsible for the growth, execution, and talent management for the portfolio. The VP must be able to forecast, monitor, and meet annual business plan financials and operational objectives with a focused effort on driving growth that aligns with the broader organization strategic plans. The successful individual must initiate and participate in business strategy development, guide business development and capture activities, maintain financial controls for the organization, and create an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth. The VP is expected to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined Red River guidelines and policies. Primary Position Tasks: Identifying, managing, and nurturing top-level client and potential client relationships and conducting program-level client assessments Leading and managing PMs. Provide oversight to manage programs in portfolio. Identifying, planning, executing, and supervising business development strategies and directing multiple simultaneous capture and proposal efforts Developing and executing annual and quarterly financial plans Meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives to drive top-line and bottom-line growth Maintaining prescribed financial controls and assuring the integrity of financial matters Leading efforts where the scope and complexity of responsibilities require the integration of multiple disciplines and functions Coordinating efforts with supporting organizations including contracts, procurement, project control, finance, and human resources Regular interaction across all levels of management. Interactions may involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other senior level managers that result in the best business outcomes Creating and maintaining a collaborative environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff and the free flow of information throughout the entire organization Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) Must have a current PMP certification and a security+ or higher IA certification 10+ years of relevant IT and leadership experience Demonstrated success leading, managing, and overseeing a portfolio of programs Technical domain experience and deep knowledge of DoD and Federal programs to include OTAs Significant and relevant customer relationships across DoD, DISA, and Air Force customers Driven, astute, attentive to detail, credible and dedicated to strategizing and producing work of the highest caliber Confidence and experience dealing with senior executives; ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time sensitive, and often multi-tasking environment. Minimum of a Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain higher level as required Hybrid remote opportunity with travel to customers and Red River locations, percent of travel may vary depending on base geographic location Preferred Education/Certification/Experience: Demonstrated success serving as a Program Manager on major federal programs Demonstrated success serving in business development and capture roles Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and winning small and large captures TS/SCI security clearance Working knowledge of functional topics including contracts, finance, and human resources Demonstrated experience in the following: leadership abilities, business judgment and operational acumen Capability to execute on vision, drive business results, and strategic growth in a highly competitive environment. Led a successful OTA pilot into production Demonstrated capability to lead organizations focused on execution and growth and build and sustain customer engagement at the highest levels. Strong executive presence and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, other functions, and across internal business organizations, strong industry network. Possess ability and skills necessary to motivate at all levels of the organization. They will have a personal style that generates high levels of confidence and inspires teamwork and customer focus. In addition, they must have a style that fosters a "can-do" attitude and a sense of trust and integrity. Ability to demonstrate a natural tendency to treat people with respect and adherence to a high standard of strong personal integrity. Ability to be direct and transparent. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to actively listen, read audiences, and quickly identify key issues and areas of need.
