Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the Business & Legal Affairs department. This role involves assisting two senior leaders and ensuring the department's daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. What you'll do: Provide administrative support to senior leaders and the BLA team Schedule meetings, secure conference rooms, and ensure technology functions properly Draft correspondence, prepare reports, and conduct contract research Create PowerPoint presentations and assist with annual budget preparations Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
