Job Summary This position is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of work order planning. Responsibilities include ensuring work orders are prepared in order to meet Regulations & industry standards and Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant licensing and Design Basis documents and commitments. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Overall ownership of online and outage planning milestones Accountable for ensuring work orders are prepared in accordance BVNPP requirements and standards. Accountable to monitor program scope, cost and quality. Manage multiple task assignments to meet Station and Corporate objectives. Provide technical support of outage and online schedule development. Identify and incorporate appropriate management methods to develop and implement effective standards and processes. Accountable for meeting budgets and schedules. Ensuring operating experience, benchmarking and lessons learned are reviewed and applied. Establish industry contacts to share experience. Direct and perform evaluation of internal and external processes for continuous improvement. Determine training needs and develop training plans for personnel to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements: High school diploma and 10 years of commercial nuclear power experience. Previous Supervisory/Management experience.
