Role Overview: Project Leadership: Manage transportation design projects, including traffic signals, lighting, pavement markings, and signage. Technical Documentation: Prepare traffic analysis studies, site access evaluations, and design exception/waiver documentation. Collaboration: Lead project meetings and collaborate with various teams on traffic engineering and planning initiatives. Required Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 1 year. 6+ years of experience in transportation engineering or traffic studies. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) and Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
