Job Summary: As a Plumbing Technician, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing processes by being responsible for the production, testing, documentation, and installation of the plumbing/gas movement components of our systems. These include hydraulics, various valve technologies, fuel delivery systems, pumps, electric motors, stainless steel piping, and flexible hosing. Experience and Abilities: Experience working with hydraulic systems Experience working with high-pressure gas process plumbing Experience working with stainless steel - bending, cone & thread, etc. Ability to read and understand mechanical schematics Ability to layout, assemble, install, and test plumbing fixtures & control equipment Familiar with all relevant safety obligations and committed to ensuring the safety of your colleagues, equipment, and plant Abide by safe work standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to read and understand process and instrumentation drawings will be highly favored Experience working with computer-based inventory systems will be highly favored Experience with automotive, aeronautical, &/or HVAC systems will be highly favored Skills and Qualifications: Experience is required. Must have 2+ years of experience working with plumbing equipment and fixtures. Experience must be provided on resume. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
