AHS Talent Management is a team of leadership, learning, and organizational development consultants partnering to develop and deliver talent strategies that support AHS's system-wide goals. The AHS Talent Management Consultant is responsible for supporting the design, management, facilitation and implementation of various talent programs and solutions. While this position will play a role in items across Talent Management, they will be responsible for facilitating, designing and determining learning gaps for our general AHS YOUniversity offerings. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develops and facilitates instructor-led and virtual (professional development sessions) on a wide variety of topics to both clinical and non-clinical team members Leads learning projects from needs analysis through evaluation Creates and utilizes templates to facilitate all phases of the training project lifecycle (including detailed course plan/storyboard, agenda, evaluation templates, and/or project plans) that facilitate the development of high-quality learning deliverables Partners with Senior Talent Management Consultants, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP's), and leaders to understand learning needs and recommend solutions Closely manages vendor relationships to support learning initiatives and ensure objectives are achieved Develops and implements effective internal marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal communications to ensure team members are aware of learning and development resources and know how to best to utilize them. Creates and maintains internal program websites with relevant content. Analyzes training program feedback, results, and other data to continuously improve programs, and identify trends and opportunities Provides reporting on program effectiveness, present information to team and other stakeholders; provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results achieved Contributes to the development and monitoring of system wide talent management strategy, annual and on-going needs assessments, and execution of the talent management related projects. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Learning, Human Resources, or related discipline required 3-5 years of relevant professional level experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development Previous experience as L&D expert/specialist; or previous experience administering leadership development programs Experience working with a Oracle LMS is a plus COMPETENCIES: Solid understanding and proven application of adult learning principles Demonstrated success with creating effective learning tools, programs, and experiences Self-starter who can lead projects independently, yet collaboratively in a team environment Excellent written, oral and presentation skills as well as self-awareness around interpersonal skills Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver content to a diverse, professional audience Service and results oriented with outstanding communication and critical thinking skills Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to drive tasks to completion by deadlines while executing with excellence ABOUT US At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
