Demonstrate critical thinking skills in decision making and problem-solving, ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Qualifications: 1. Current and valid RN licensure. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting. 3. Demonstrated expertise in patient care, time management, emergency care, and patient assessment. 4. Proficiency in using medical software for patient documentation and communication. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information to patients and families in an understandable manner. 6. Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly in high-stress situations. 7. A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care. 8. Must have the physical and mental stamina to manage the demands of a fast-paced medical environment.
